Description

In our continued pursuit to offer products to compliment our lifestyle, we have collaborated with Cantina Indigeno in Italy to produce a 100% organic or ‘wild’ handmade Rosé Wine, obtained from the spontaneous fermentation of Montepulciano D’Abruzzo grapes. The skins remain in contact for 1 night in open vats, then racking and pressing are carried out and transferred to fiberglass containers where it ages for 8 months, settling naturally, followed by further refinement in the bottle. Produced without temperature control and without adding any chemicals to the process.

A wine of such character was of course deserving of a beautiful label, that said we called upon past contributor Danny Sangra to create the artwork.

Cantina Indigeno are Italian producers of natural wines using traditional production methods. Bio agriculture, spontaneous fermentations, no temperature control, zero additions, using only copper and sulfur.
